If you have an active savings goal, please log in to your Pod App to review your balance and withdraw your funds.
Alternatively, you may contact the Pod team at +6011-6245 9186 for assistance with checking your balance and arranging the next steps.

Greetings from Pod App to Users,
We hope this message finds you well.
For users who had registered for an account with the Pod App and created one or more savings goal(s) that remain active in your account. Please be informed that there might be a remaining balance in your savings goal(s) with the Pod App.
Upon successful withdrawal, Pod will transfer the remaining balance to your bank account, the details of which was provided by you during your registration with the Pod App.
To withdraw your savings, please follow these steps:
Log in to the Pod Savings App.
Open your savings goal.
Tap on “Withdraw”.
Select your bank account.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Separately, you can also contact Pod at +6011-6245 9186 via WhatsApp to check your savings goals status and give instruction for withdrawal.
Please note that this message serves as a formal notice for the related users to take the necessary action. Any remaining balance in such designated account that has not been withdrawn for a period of two (2) years shall be dealt with in accordance with the Unclaimed Moneys Act 1965, pursuant to which the remaining balance will be submitted to the Registrar of Unclaimed Moneys (“Registrar”) under the Ministry of Finance.
We will notify you once your remaining balance has been submitted to the Registrar. Should you wish to recover the remaining balance thereafter, you will be required to submit a claim directly to the Registrar via its official platform.

You can set up weekly auto-savings by creating a direct debit order linking your bank account to Pod and your savings will be performed on a weekly basic automatically. On top of this, you can also save via instant save whenever you would like to save via bank or e-Wallet transfer.

Sure. You can cancel your goal and request your money back anytime with our withdraw button and the money will be back in your bank account in 1-3 business days with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded. Currently, Pod does not support partial withdrawal.

Sorry, once you set up your goal you can’t edit your savings target and deadline. You would have to terminate your current goal by clicking the withdraw button and setting up a new goal afterward.
If you want to track different savings goals, Pod App does allow you to track up to 4 different goals!After you terminated your goal and if you have savings with Pod, the money will be back in your bank account in 1-3 business days with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded.

After you set up the direct debit savings, we will need up to 5 working days to receive confirmation of authorization from the bank to start performing the savings. Hence your 1st savings will likely happen 1 week after you set up the direct debit savings order.

This case happened maybe because you have returned to Pod App without a proper exit from the banking or e-Wallet site upon completing the transfer. However, do not worry! Please check your Pod App again 1 hour after your transfer and your account should be updated. If you still face the issue, please contact Pod.

Due to bank processing time, it will take 1 business day for Pod App to update your savings from direct debit order. Typically the bank will deduct your money from your account in the morning and Pod will update your savings on Pod App in the evening or late evening time upon receiving the confirmation of the transfer from the bank.

Unfortunately, Pod is only available in Malaysia for the time being but we will be expanding internationally in the future.
